- Where and when is the festival happening?
The Uber Escape Shopping Festival is taking place at the Landmark Event Centre, on the 27th of November, 2016. This is the last Sunday of the month and we are in the spirit of Black Friday, with a lot of freebies, discounts and giveaways.
- How long does it take for a stand to be assigned to me?
Once payment has been done and confirmed by our team, we would request for your brand Logo and a brief description of your brand for us to put up on our floor plan. This process usually takes 24-48 hours to be completed. A notification will be sent once a stand has been assigned to you.
- As a vendor what do I need to provide to purchase a stand?
To purchase a stand, you would need to sign up with your details, brand name and business registration number and pay with your debit/credit card.
- What are the different sizes of stand, how much do they cost and what comes with a stand?
The different sizes of stands available are listed below and with what they come with
- After paying for a stand can I get a refund?
Yes, You can get a refund, but you would have to send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org on or before the 21st of November, 2016.
- When do I make payment?
You have to make payment immediately you are shopping for a stand so we can reserve for you.
- How do I make payment?
You can make payment on the site with your card or do a direct bank transfer.
- What can I sell or showcase at the shopping festival?
You can sell anything under the 5 categories we are offering which are; products, food, music, fashion and services.
